Change Management

 
100_0745.JPGSay the word 'change' and people often go running in the opposite direction. What if we've been approaching it in all the wrong way? Deep down, we often want change, we can hear it in our conversations and what we see as not working. We are creatures of habit...we do want things different, but not at the expense of losing what we love or at least are familiar with.

The process of change is an art. In it's best expression, it continues to incorporate the values and key components of what is working, along with easing into the new behaviors in a way that's natural and builds on itself.
